Come Work For Us!

Make a difference in the life of a child... This summer work at Outpost Summer Camps!

Summer Camp Jobs

Each year, you have only one summer.

This summer, consider spending it making the difference in the life of a child, while gaining valuable career skills such as leadership, communication, public speaking, supervision, problem solving and decision making.

Outpost Summer Camp is looking for outgoing, amazing people to join our 2012 staff! You will learn valuable leadership, essential communication, and excellent decision-making skills that will help you in your future career. Our counselors are trusted leaders who make a difference in others' lives, and in their own, in just one summer at camp.

Working with children is fun, while at the same time intensely challenging. Our directors are trained and experienced professionals who prioritize developing positive relationships with our staff. It is our goal to teach skills for successfully working with children that staff can use for a lifetime.

During the Summer of 2011, we celebrated our 10th Anniversary. Many of our veteran staff shared their stories about what a terrific experience it has been for them to work at Outpost at a special website we made to celebrate the milesone: My Outpost Story. We invite you to browse through the words and videos of our staff to learn what a life changing experience it was for them to work at camp.
