The countdown to camp has officially begun! It’s less than a week to go before summer 2017 begins! Everyone at Outpost is so excited to get outside and unplugged this season.
Our wonderful directors, senior counselors, and junior counselors are hard at work training for camp. On Saturday, everyone gathered at camp (and despite the pouring rain) crawled like a caterpillar, sang our favorite camp songs, and learned some awesome new games.
This past week of training, we have been able to meet some of our newest camp counselors and welcome back our much-loved returning counselors. We are thrilled to have so many new people join us this season. The experience of our senior counselors plus the energy of our newcomers all makes for a summer filled with fun, discovery, and laughter.
It’s been a long school year, but the summer is finally here. Our junior and senior counselors are so excited to meet the kids we’ll be spending the next few weeks with.
Outpost is all about getting unplugged. Put away your phones and turn off your computers … it’s time to have embrace the outdoors!
