Enrollment for Summer Camp is SAFE, EASY, CONFIDENTIAL and available 24 hours a day. The system will prompt you to create an account, enter information for your family and children, choose a session, and provide a credit card number for a required deposit. There is a $50 nonrefundable application fee per camper AND and a $200 deposit per camper due at the time of enrollment. The $250 per camper is fully refundable between the time of online enrollment (when you click on submit) and formal confirmation by our office staff when you receive a call from us to confirm your child’s enrollment, after which our terms and conditions apply in full. The $200 deposit per camper is refundable through March 31, then is nonrefundable.
IMPORTANT: Our online system simply accepts your registration information. It is not a confirmation of guaranteed enrollment, as spaces in our camp programs are EXTREMELY limited. A member of our office staff will contact you within two business days to communicate if your desired session is available, then if it is, formally confirm your registration and answer any questions you have. If your desired session is unavailable, any payments you submitted online will be refunded in full.
