But if you would like to take advantage of the convenient features such as our Mailing List, Online Enrollment, Job Applications, or Contact Form, your disclosure of personal information is necessary so we can fulfill your request.

Information Request Forms

We collect online information on our online Mailing List, Enrollment, and Contact forms. Depending on the form, our collection of personal information may include, but is not limited to: first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone numbers, and child’s DOB and grade.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13, unless we only use such information to:

-Obtain Parental permission or provide parents with notice

-Respond directly to the child’s specific one-time request

-Respond more than once in conjunction with obtaining parental permission to do so;

-Protect the child’s safety; or

-Comply with the law.

Uses of Information

Outpost Summer Camps uses, or may use, the information collected from its site for contacting online visitors in connection with our website activities, including, among other things, answering questions, fulfilling requests and providing information about our camp that may be of interest to online visitors. We also use personally identifiable information for camp registration purposes, record keeping, customizing website content to our visitor’s current and future needs, and otherwise administering our website.

For Parents

It is our strict policy to create website content that requires minimal submission of personal information. The only information we do collect is from the entries you or your child submits on the Forms mentioned above.

This website does not collect information from “cookies” or other unseen means. Some external sources (such as YouTube) may use cookies to deliver embedded media on this website. These cookies may collect some personally identifiable information about your browsing habits or location, but we do not have access to these cookies.

If you have a child under 13 who tries to sign up for camp online, he/she will be instructed to get your help to fill out the form. If your child fills out the Mailing List Form, we will respond to that request while asking for your name and email address. At this time, you will have the opportunity to request that we make no further use of the collected information, including deleting it from our records. You also have the right at anytime to review any personal information we may have collected from your child by contacting us using any of the methods below.

For Children

We hope you enjoy our website. You can browse the entire site without telling us anything about yourself. To this extent, we urge that you be smart and responsible online. Do not give your name, address, email address telephone number or any other personal information that would let someone contact you (either offline or online) unless you get your parent’s permission first.

For Job Applicants

You can request employment information with Outpost Summer Camps using our Contact Form, or apply for jobs online. No information you share with us will be given to third parties outside of CampBrain, which is the service we use to collect and process job applications.
