At Outpost Summer Camps, Senior Counselors lead their groups in the daily activities. With a sense of adventure and boundless enthusiasm, these counselors inspire the memories campers treasure for a lifetime. Group counselors are sensitive to campers needs and are excellent decision makers, are open to feedback and guidance from their directors and come to work each day with a smile!

In addition, all Senior Counselors are required to complete their First Aid and CPR certification prior to the first day of camp. Outpost offers a course for staff to complete this requirement during training week. Staff who are unable to attend CPR/First Aid during training week must get it on their own prior to camp starting. Please consult with us first to make sure you get the correct certification titled “Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR (with AED).”
