Each year, you have only one summer.
This summer, consider spending it making a difference in the life of a child while gaining valuable career skills such as leadership, communication, public speaking, supervision, problem solving and decision making.
Working with children is both fun and intensely challenging. Our directors are trained and experienced professionals who prioritize developing positive relationships with our staff. It is our goal to teach skills that staff can use for a lifetime.

At Outpost we "work hard, play hard." Our directors serve as mentors for each of our counselors, meeting with them in small groups and individually throughout the summer to support them as they work in the service of their campers and their families.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive, safe environment at all times at Outpost for ALL children and staff. We see challenging behavior as an opportunity, not an annoyance. We seek to understand and grow with children, and we support each other at all times while doing so.
